About me

I offer face to face short and long term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My core mode of working is psychodynamic; within this I work flexibly according to the needs of each individual. My experience includes many years of work with adolescents and young people in school and University settings. One special interest of mine is matters of faith and religion.

I studied counselling and psychotherapy for four years at postgraduate level at Oxford University gaining a  Diploma and Masters degree in Psychodynamic Practice. I am a registered and accredited member of UPCA  (Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association) and UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), whose codes of practice and ethics I abide by. I am fully insured, hold a current DBS certificate, and receive regular personal supervision.
